Reflexionar hermenéuticamente la identidad de la UPB como universidad, como católica y como bolivariana en el contexto del siglo XXI, en orden a mostrar lo que significan e implican cada una de esas categorías y así diseñar un plan para formar, motivar y promover esta identidad en todos los estamentos y procesos universitarios.
