Abstract

This article contemplates a software application in its prototype phase proposed in the context of technology development for small agricultural producers of panela cane, with a descriptive exploratory scope framed in development methodologies and the use of information technology. The purpose of the application is to monitor the operation of the equipment and allow the traceability of three relevant elements for the operation, such as production, safety, and maintenance, which promotes the assurance of the quality and safety of the related post-harvest products, with the transformation of panela sugar cane in small producers. In its current state, the tool has been developed following generalization aspects that allow future replication to other technologies developed by the CDT. This document presents the machine's generalities, the characterisation of the control points, and the explanation following some UML elements.
