Abstract

“3D Printing Bio-parametric Lamps” at Mc Neel Europa, Barcelona, Spain, including the results of a in-person SIGraDi workshop. The work was selected by the International Scientific Committee of SIGraDi; it shows how it is possible to design products based on nature as a new design opportunity. The permanent exhibition reflects how it is possible to explore the intersection between nature, parametric design and digital fabrication technologies for professional and academic fields, as an example of cutting-edge design possibilities and opening up new creative horizons. All this makes it a significant work.
