Abstract
The study presents the results from the appraisals of employers and graduates regarding the specific competences that a graduate of the Financial Administration program must possess, because in the national context there is a lack of valid instruments to specify and structure curricula adjusted to business and social requirements. The structured questionnaire was applied randomly to 385 employers and 135 graduates; the information collected was analyzed using nonparametric statistics, and subjected to Exploratory Factor Analysis, which it was possible to establish the most representative competencies to be developed by professionals of the program under study.
