Abstract
This article, on one hand, is a criminal analysis of the administrative records on sex crimes against minors in Colombia. On the other hand, it is also a hermeneutical exercise that seeks to study the ways these behaviors are criminalized, in order to show how the Colombian State's punitive response corresponds to criminal law of the enemy. In this way, after presenting the challenges that persist in terms of preventing sexual violence and protecting minors, the fact is demonstrated that criminal law in Colombia on this matter has been developed around the concept of the enemy.
