Integrated asset management to hospital based on physical specifications PAS 55 standards

    Abstract

    This project seeks to raise an asset management methodology oriented to health care of patients, applied to hospitals in Colombia, applied to hospitals in Colombia, involving the entire asset life cycle and include the legal, technical, quality, economic and communication requirements needed to make more efficient and sustainable processes. The methodology takes as its starting point the recommendations of the PAS 55 standard, coupled with the recommendations made by the World Health Organization, WHO, the Pan American Health Organization, PAHO, the Ministry of Social Protection, certification and accreditation nationally and internationally standards, based in the guidelines, standards, regulations and other documents developed by them for that purpose.
