    Abstract

Following the purposes of the Clothing Design program, which emphasize research processes that explore clothing from different areas, from the materials to production, the project is presented within the field of the exploration of clothing as mediator between the body (acknowledging it as an internal system) and its special context (as an external system). Both systems demand specific and ascertainable requirements that have been determined through research and that will answer through high complexity clothing developed for a specific sport, in this particular case artistic and rhythmic gymnastics.
