Abstract
Solid waste is waste materials that affect a natural deposit, affecting the ecosystem around it, making it impossible for the emergence and permanence of life spontaneously, due to the high rate of polluting agents and toxic components, therefore, the challenge currently is to convert processes to give practical uses to this waste, trying to mitigate the environmental impact of this type of pollution. The main objective of this work is to propose a reflection from the second law of thermodynamics that explains the mitigation of the impact of solid waste. From thermodynamics, a model for mitigating environmental impact is proposed, considering the dissipative structure as the model to generate the transformation from chaos to order.
