The present articulate search describing the referential frame of the management of projects of implementation of systems MES, summarizing the principal contributions in the time, principal tendencies and standards, as well as the successfull cases in Colombia. In order to serve like material in the design of a model of planning of the scope management for the implementation of the systems MES.
