Abstract
This article interprets the narrative of women victims of the Colombian armed conflict, residents in the Aburrá Valley (Antioquia), at the time of accessing recognized by the State in Law 1448 of 2011. Based on a methodology qualitative and phenomenological, seventy women were interview and the held three workshops whit public officials and victims' social organizations. The results expose the lack of rigor in understanding the heterogeneity of the situation of women victims and the ineffectiveness or the law for comprehensive care for the entire victim population, limiting themselves, in most cases, to monetary reparation.
