Resumen
This article reviews the case of a patient with a headache, palpable purpura, chronic otomastoiditis,
renal involvement, and pulmonary granulomatous disease, with the concurrence of granulomatosis
with polyangiitis and tuberculosis. The association between both diseases and the challenge in the
differential diagnosis are discussed.
