Graves' disease is an autoimmune disorder in which autoantibodies activate the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor and lead to excessive production of T4 and T3 and increased growth of the thyroid gland. It is the most important cause of hyperthyroidism; diagnosis is based on clinical suspicion +
