Resumen

In Colombia, ergonomics has been developed mostly in an educational context. The furthering of this discipline has been achieved by implementing application strategies such as the grouping of interdisciplinary academic-scientific societies, the development of guidelines for integral attention based on evidence, the development of courses in ergonomics to undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and the creation of research groups and self care programs, among others.
