Resumen
The objective of this article is to establish the incidence of Reciclando Ando as social outreach initiative led by the Social-Journalism Program Communication from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Montería -UPB- through a qualitative evaluation research and design field, no experimental -transversal. The sample was consisted of 19 managers, 15 winners and three actors/ participating organizations. The study was conducted in 3 phases: policy of social projection and characterization of Reciclando Ando, process evaluation from the perspective of managers and process evaluation from the appreciation of the beneficiaries
