Resumen
To address self-care, one begins with the difference and the analysis that Foucault (2011), makes between selfcare and self-knowledge. To understand the care of himself Foucault went to the classical Greco-Latin, here he notices three Stoics who influenced his thinking, Seneca, Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus, in addition to Socrates as the philosopher of self-care. Subsequently, the self-techniques are analyzed, in order to finally establish the link of self-care as a possibility for Human Management.
