Human and relational capitals that manage knowledge in academic organizations: Capitales humanos y relacionales que gestionan el conocimiento en las organizaciones académicas

Been deepened in aspects that make it possible to recognize how to determine the capabilities and
relationships that each individual possesses. To achieve this, is made a Systematic Literature
Review since knowledge management, multiple intelligences, intellectual capital and academic
management.As a result it stands out that Human Capital, together with its capabilities, abilities and skills,
is the one that builds Relational Capital in order to manage knowledge in an assertive way.
