Resumen

This paper, based on management know-how, approaches the concepts of didactics and education, in a Business Management programs context. In this research paper, qualitative and quantitative methods were used to collect information about students, teachers and directors from Business Management programs. The different positions of students, teachers and directors on the concepts analized are presented, looking to question the current vision of education and didactics, which is still focused on traditionalist conceptions. This, in order to improve the educational conditions of Business Management undergraduate programs. It is concluded that notions of education and didactics do not get enough attention, which leads to proposals of change and improvement in the educational strategies of Business Management academic programs, issues that require reconsideration of both concepts in terms of management know-how.
