Resumen
The prolactinoma is the most common pituitary tumor, and in pediatric population corresponds to 1-6[%] of intracranial tumors. Hyperprolactinemia represents a diagnostic challenge in children, and although these adenomas are rare in children diagnosis in the peripuberty has increased in frequency. We present the inform of two clinical cases of hyperprolactinemia due to macroprolactinoma, mainly manifested by delayed puberty in the first case, and pubertal involution in the second one. This is a well-known condition in adults; however, several questions remain for the clinical management of children with this condition.
