This work aims to clarify the phenomenon of disability in relation to the
phenomenology of empathy that Edmund Husserl elaborates, and is an effort to try to
elucidate in the light of the concepts of intersubjectivity, intuition of essences, intentionality and disability, whatever the truth is. For this purpose, will be of great
importance the volumes of Husserliana I, IV, XVIII and XIX, and in the same way the
research carried out by Professor Roberto Walton, Rosemary Rizo-Patrón de Lerner
among other phenomenals.
