Propuesta de criterios de evaluación del desempeño para unidades de I+D+i: Caso empresas del departamento de Quindío - Colombia

The present article presents a model for the evaluation of the performance of R + D + i equipment or units implemented in companies and institutions of the department of Quindío within the framework of the Quindío Innnova project, the model is based on the requirements to National level for the recognition and evaluation of the R + D + i units, as well as the evaluation of highly innovative companies by Colciencias. The methodology used comprised four (4) phases; The first consisted of a technological surveillance exercise in which sources such as the Spanish Standard UNE, Colombian Technical Standard 5801 and documents issued by COLCIENCIAS, among other sources, were consulted in order to know the concepts, regulations and criteria used to National and international level for the formation of R + D + i Units. The second phase was the design and construction of a measurement instrument that allowed information on the performance of the R & D & I units implemented in companies in the region. Phase three consisted of the application of this instrument and finally the phase Four was the interpretation of the results obtained, which became an input for the construction of the model that will allow to fully evaluate the performance of the new R & D & I units.
