Resumen
Tuberculosis is a common infectious disease in developing countries, which can cause a varie-ty of complications and atypical manifestations with high morbidity and mortality. The uroge-nital form is rarely suspected, resulting in delayed diagnosis or even no diagnosis, which can have serious consequences for the patients, such as chronic end-stage renal disease. We report on a patient with chronic end-stage renal failure caused by a delayed diagnosis of bilateral renal tuberculosis and a literature review on this topic.
