Resumen
In this article, it's describe the methodology and results from a study of technological surveillance VT in the framework of the Quindío Innova project, for environmental technologies with application in the tourism sector. According to the methodology for VT studies, the Critical Factors of Vigilance-FCV were identified, search equations were developed, information extracted from the Scopus articles database, as well the software Matheo Paten And AclaimIP for patent search and analysis were used. According to the report results, scientific studies are focused mainly on energy saving, environmental performance and waste recovery and treatment. Likewise, the most representative trends in technological development are related with the mechanical engineering area; more specifically in the transport sub-area. The second area of participation according to the number of patents is the electrical engineering area. On the other hand, the technology was chosen solar panels in tourism to apply the strategy of curves in S and thus to be able to identify the maturity of this technology, which indicates that it is entering the phase of maturity, because the inflection point for Patents was marked in 2015.
